I am what I chose to call a 'lacto-vegetarian'. No meat, chicken, fish or eggs. Definitions of vegetarians are so mottled these days.

The problem with this lifestyle choice is that I have a sweet-tooth the size of idaho... and most deserts have eggs in them. Plus, I don't like the effect of those 'egg replacement' boxed powders.

This page is a offshoot of my belief that at some point in history, perhaps during some sort of war-induced egg shortage, some inventive housewife created an eggless desert that actually tastes good. Until I find that recipe, these will do in a pinch for a starving college student. They're Toaster Oven Proof.
